Kitchen Renovation — on a Budget

When designing the kitchen for the Slope Townhouse, we considered a careful mix of high and low items to make sure the space was beautiful, but also budget-friendly. We splurged on the appliances, knowing that this would create a really functional kitchen that also felt high-end. To balance the budget, we went with Ikea Sektion cabinet interiors, with custom-made shaker fronts. (The cabinet knobs and pulls are from Etsy, and with a little DIY-ing they became a beautiful natural oak finish). We hoped to purchase the Easton Bridge faucet from Waterworks, but in the end we decided on a more budget-friendly (and aesthetically similar) choice from Rohl.
